How to harmonize students’ thought

As 11th grandmaster, I am proactively communicating with students all over the world. I received many different thoughts/ideas and not all ones were acceptable.
This is very normal since we grow up in different countries – even if we are grow up in same country people, each our thoughts/ideas would be different. However, if I just accept, it may makes group disorganized. Grandmaster needs to manage and organize group well, and it should be good lesson as “Hyoho” practitioner.
